Pelletising Technology Meet '04 is to be  held at  ,Jindal Vijayanagar Steel Ltd , situated in  heritage rich town of Bellary in Karnataka , surrounded by the  cooling hills.

To reach JVSL: JVSL Steel Plant site is located between Bellary & Hospet near  Toranagallu railway station in the state of Karnataka.  The plant site is 29 Kms from Bellary, 33Kms from Hospet, 340 Kms north of Bangalore by Road & 470 Kms by rail(BG). It is well connected to other parts of the country through a network of well laid out state and national highways.  It is also globally connected through major Airports at Bangalore & Sea Ports at Chennai, Goa & Mangalore.  

Jindal Vijayanagar Steel Ltd is named after the once famous kingdom of Vijayanagar . Hampi ,the now ruined capital city of the Vijayanagar empire, is a World Heritage Site and is only 30 km away from the steel plant. This place is bestowed with a perennial river  - Thungabhadra.
